Information

The Plantronics® range of adaptecard, allowing the PC's speaker, not the headset, to ring for call notification. With the top-of-the-range adapters DA55 and DA60 sound quality is digitally-enhanced with Plantronics® proven SoundGuard Plus and Call Clarity™ technology, whilst Digital Signal processing (DSP) suppresses the echo sometimes experienced with VoIP. The DA60 also offers PerSono Pro™ software, which further improves call centre agents' experience of VoIP and enables managers to easily measure and track compliance with European legislation on employee sound exposure.
